Before we start teaching you, let's get the nitty-gritty details out of the way. These are the questions a lot of wholesale customers ask us right off the bat.
What price do I pay?
Wholesale customers save up to 60% off retail prices for folders, frames, cards, and cello bags.

What is the turnaround time for personalized photo folders?
Most personalized folders and frames ship in 7–10 business days. Most blank products ship in just 1–3 business days. Please check the product page to check the production time for the folder or frame before purchasing.
What are your artwork requirements?
For printed photo folders or frames, we need your logo or artwork to be designed at 300DPI with as big of dimensions (height and width) as possible. Images taken from websites most often won't work for our products. We accept most standard file formats for printed photo folders, including JPG, TIFF, PNG, AI, EPS, and PDF.
For foil stamped folders or frames, we need vector artwork, either in AI, PDF, or EPS format.
Please read our artwork guidelines before placing your order.
We do not accept artwork designed in Canva. Unfortunately, the files are too low-resolution for our printing purposes.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes! We work with many international customers. If you are ordering from outside the U.S., here are some things you need to know:
- Our website cannot process orders from outside the U.S., but we do have a form you can fill out to either get a quote or start your order.
- Your carrier of choice will bill you directly for any customs fees or applicable taxes. Studio Style does not cover or bill for these charges.
- We will ship with your carrier of choice. Our most popular shipment options include USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Priority Mail Express International, and FedEx International.
How to describe photo folders on your website, social media, or email marketing
The downside of selling something online versus selling it in person is that you have to sell the product using imagery and words. Sounds tricky, right?
If you don't get a kick out of writing content for your website, we have some sample copy you can use as inspiration to help your website visitors get a better feel for these photo folders.

We'll gladly personalize the folder design to match your theme and colors. If a folder you like is shown with a black background, for example, and your colors are blush pink or midnight blue, we'll customize the design to fit your style.
