Whether you have an odd-shaped photo print, or you want a specialty-sized photo folder, we can design a custom-sized folder or frame to suit your needs.
This is the perfect solution for square photo booth prints. We can make a custom die cut photo folder or frame for 6" x 6", 5" x 5", or even 4" x 4" square photo prints.
Please note that while we can do big things like 6" x 20" panoramic print folders, we currently can't go any larger than that. It's a bummer, but the good news is we are really creative with any "limitations" we might encounter.
Folder for 6" x 6" square photo prints. One side has a die-cut pocket, the other has round tabs for photo mounting.
We modified our 5" x 7" custom printed card to hold a 4" x 4" square print by adding corner cut mounts inside. The cover also features a cut-out heart.
Do you print 4" x 12" images for your photo booth? We have you covered. This large photo folder holds a 4" x 12" print, and even features a slightly curved pocket to look like a pirate flag.
This customer wanted a photo folder to protect Instax Mini prints. So we made a small photo folder with die cut corner tabs to hold the print in place.
Specialty Die Cuts
Ok, this one is really exciting.
No longer limited to straight edges, we can create curved edges, scalloped corners, zig zag sides, or any type of line you can imagine.
What's even more exciting is that we can cut around your logo, punch out a shape, or create any odd shape you can imagine.
We can die cut the cover, window border, or photo pocket to highlight your logo. That would certainly kick your branding up a notch, now wouldn't it?
Gatefold folder for 4" x 6" prints. The front cover features a faux wax seal that is cut out following the waved contour of the seal. The seal overlaps the right flap.
This folder uses scrapbook corner-style mounting slits. We cut a line to follow the edge of the printed mount.
Using our 4" x 6" horizontal event folder as a base, we created this folder to have a cutout window around the illustration.
Photo Mount Options Galore
With custom die cut photo folders, you now have complete control over how your photos will stay in place.
Die Cut Slits, Tabs, or Shapes
The most popular option for unique shape photo folders are corner cut slits or die cut corner tabs. These are just cut into the folder, and you slide your photo into the slits or tabs. Easy-peasy.
But you can go further with this; create a photo slit or mounting tab in ANY custom shape. Hexagon, baseball bat, the shape of a word, a pumpkin, or even a shark bite (because why not?).

Custom Photo Pocket
Do something unique with your photo folders and create a specialty-shaped pocket to further your branding. You can use your logo, a themed design, or any shape you can imagine.
The point here is to make it yours.
We cut around the shape of the mustang's head for a specialty cut pocket for this photo folder. This is a modified version of our pocket print folder.
Custom Cut Photo Window Frame
Say good-bye! to straight edges and 90° corners.
So go ahead, add that decorative scalloped edge. Or put your logo in the corner and make it POP. Or add a mini cityscape on the window frame border. Or… you get the idea.
Our custom printed dual easel frame was modified by cutting around the animals, rather than shrinking them to fit the standard window frame border.
Print Anywhere & Everywhere
Just like many of our custom event photo folders, you can print the front cover, back cover, AND the inside.
This is a great option if you want to further enhance your branding, or if you just have a lot of information to share, like sponsor logos, a special note, or if you just don't want the inside of your folder to be plain white.
Printed on the inside AND the outside, this custom 4" x 4" square photo booth print holder has corner slits and rounded corners.
